Normally fats store around of abdominal area (your belly) in two forms. In the beginning, most of the fats are stored as the skinfold. This type of fat mostly will reduce by exercise and standard diet programs. By the way, if you forget to improve your lifestyle and ignore your physical activities, the fats stored in your belly area will become visceral fat, which may lead the body to dangerous situations such as cardiovascular diseases and some other chronic problems such as diabetes.
