I am 37 years old and weigh 110 kilos. I want to start training to treat fatty liver. The condition of my liver is not good and I started a diet. Please advise.

To begin with, you should start with a daily walk. Walk 20 minutes a day without stopping. Try to increase your speed every few days. Of course, avoid running because it can be problematic considering your overweight.

Follow a low-fat, low-carb diet under the supervision of a nutritionist.

Do lightweight training at home three times a week.
