Hello

Running 100 meters (Speed Running) uses the phosphagen energy system for its energy supply, and therefore you should, first of all, strengthen this energy system, which is highly dependent on creatine phosphate.

Keep in mind that if you are not in good condition in terms of the aerobic energy system and cardiovascular fitness, your heart rate will be high after a run of 100 meters for several minutes, or in other words, your recovery will be very difficult, and this can be harmful to your health. Therefore, in order for a good 100-meter runner to be able to perform interval training well and have a safe recovery, he/she must have a good aerobic and cardiovascular system too.

Thank You
