The most important causes of flank pain are as follows:
- Weakness of abdominal and side muscles
- Accumulation of acid during exercise
- High pressure on the abdominal muscles due to the fullness (by foods or water) of the abdomen during exercise
These are the most common causes of flank pain. From now on, do not eat before training and training should be at least 3 hours away from a heavy meal. The next point is to warm up before training.
