In recent years, fitness age calculation has attracted the attention of many scientists around the world. This test was designed based on the research conducted in 2012 by Dr. Simoes and his colleagues at UESC University. The results of the above research are widely used today, and this research has now been introduced by the prestigious New York Times magazine website.

   

Test Requirements

    It has always been determined that people with regular exercise programs have a lower age of fitness compared to their peers. Research has shown that implementing a regular exercise program during the week that is implemented systematically can have an effect on improving the age of fitness. Also, following a proper diet is not ineffective in improving the age of fitness. The author of this article recommends the implementation of training programs with standard weights similar to common weight training or the implementation of resistance programs based on body weight such as TRX training programs to improve fitness.

     

    This is a field test and cannot be used for treatment. To accurately determine the age of fitness, more accurate laboratory tools are needed.
