People over the age of 40 will always face the problem of decreasing muscle mass and increasing fat tissue at the same time. Also, osteoporosis, joint and spine pains, cardiovascular diseases and diabetes will always be major problems at this age.

For these friends, we recommend that they improve their body composition and muscles with resistance exercises such as TRX, stretching exercises, weight exercises, of course light weights. Daily walking is also recommended for this group of people.

If the recommendations are implemented correctly, the problems mentioned above will be avoided to a large extent.
