Cross legs (genu valgus) are caused by various reasons. If you can put a little pressure on the knee and put it in the right position, then you can solve the problem with exercise. Otherwise, your chances will be slim.

in genu valgum, the muscles inside the knee are stretched and the muscles outside the knee are shortened. We recommend the following exercises to solve the problem

Knock Knees

Knock Knees
