Hello. Please explain the Cheating training system and whether it is standard or not. What is the use of this training system?

This is a standardized training system in that we use other muscles to perform a movement in the last repetitions of a training set. This system is only recommended for experienced and skilled people.

For example, you are hitting the biceps curl with a dumbbell. Waist movement is prohibited in this exercise, but in the last movement of the set, you can also use the waist swing to move a very heavy weight.
