Alactic system is the old name of the famous phosphagen system. In this system, a lot of energy is produced in a short time and it is the result of breaking down creatine phosphate in the body. It is very useful in explosive sports and can be strengthened with heavy weight training or hit training.

The lactic energy system or the lactic acid system is caused by the glycolysis of important macronutrients such as sugars.
