It completely depends on the person's background and the profile of the practitioner. There are many weak and strong systems for hypertrophy. The systems respond well if your previous training program was standard. Eat well and get enough rest. Genetics always plays a big role in hypertrophy. Various training systems for hypertrophy can be considered as Katsu, Darp Set, Superset, negative training, etc.
