Hello

Have between 4 and 5 training sessions per week in the first month
Light exercises
Between 6 and 10 exercises with abdominal and aerobic exercises first or last
The repetitions of the exercise are between 12 and 16 repetitions and 1 to 3 sets. The rest between two exercises should be until the fatigue is completely removed
