I practice a lot. Sometimes two to three times a day, but every time I go to a tournament, I get stressed and lose easily. My field is taekwondo. Thank you for your guidance

Hello

Exercise is very good, but the more it goes, the more difficult it becomes to control the exercise. A person who has three training sessions should have his exercises controlled under the supervision of a sports physiologist or a conditioning coach (not bodybuilding).
The reason for this is overtraining or overreaching which can happen to athletes and not only do they not get good results, but it is the opposite. In this situation, Tapering is used, which is colloquially called recovery before the race.

So, I think that first of all, you have exercised, secondly, your nutrition should be controlled.

Good luck
