Hello

Your weight is over now and the possibility of hurting your knee joint while running is very high level.
Therefore, I recommend that you give up running for now.

Try aerobic exercise on a stationary bike or take a walk (I mean walking or slow jogging) with suitable shoes and as much as possible on grass or a softer place than asphalt
