I have been having pain in the outer part of my elbow for some time. What exercise should I do? The pain is much worse especially when I hold a tool in my hand.

Hello,
You can use the following exercises.

Exercise 1: Stretching behind the clock, three sets of 20 seconds in each hand, twice in the morning and in the evening - both front and top of the forearm.

Exercise 2: Dumbbell forearm extension, 3 sets of 15 repetitions in each hand, twice a day
