carbohydrate is available in different types. Carbohydrates with a high glycemic index are quickly absorbed into the blood and cause a sudden release of insulin which will make a person susceptible to obesity and diabetes in the long term. Complex carbohydrates such as bran have a low glycemic index and are gradually absorbed in the body, so they will feel fuller. They do not cause a sudden release of insulin and clean the digestive system.
For example, in countries with high consumption of whole grain carbohydrates, gastrointestinal cancer has been reported to be less than in countries with consumption of white bread and simple sugars.
Without shape, there are many other things that confirm complex sugars such as whole grain bread, and therefore they are seen more often in the diets of athletes.
