Egg white is a complete protein, which means that all essential amino acids are found in it, and it is better to include it in the diet of people with daily resistance exercises. If you train every day, between 2 and 3 egg whites are enough, and if you train every other day, one egg white is enough.

Notes:

Each egg white has about 13 grams of protein

Avoid eating egg white completely raw. This can lead to some digestive diseases and does not have a better effect on absorption. It is better to be half-cooked.

Amino acids in egg whites:

histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan and valine
