The best time to practice is when you have it. Of course, if we want to have advice, it is different according to the intensity of training and individual characteristics. If you have high intensity training, it is recommended to train in the evening. Keep in mind that professional teams practice 3 times a day and even 2 intense sessions in the morning. So we have to give the answer according to the conditions of the people.
