Hello. I started training a week ago. My whole body hurts. I can't walk at all. I went to my coach, he says that it happened because you are weak. Do you think I should go to the doctor? I'm afraid you'll give me a job. I have a very bad feeling

There is a type of contusion called delayed contusion in people who have not exercised for a long time. It has nothing to do with weakness. Even a strong person will experience these pains if he does not train for a while and comes back to training. It may take up to two weeks. The best method of treatment is light exercise. Practice calmly during this time. Soften and take a shower. Do not stop training. There is no need to see a doctor or inject an ampoule. It gradually gets better.

Good luck
