Hello. How to calculate the body frame size?? What is the formula and what is the criterion based on? Does it apply to all men and women? Please explain

To calculate body frame size, it is enough for you to measure the person's height accurately. Then you need to measure the person's wrist circumference. Divide the height by the wrist circumference and put it in the table below to determine the person's bone structure.

Table to evaluating:

For men:

Body frame index

Body frame size

r > 10.4

Small frame

r = 9.6-10.4

Medium frame

r < 9.6

Large frame

For women:

Body frame index

Body frame size

r > 11

Small frame

r = 10.1-11.0

Medium frame

r < 10.1

Large frame

Formula

Body frame size = Height / Wrist circumference
