Hello. I have to get the guys to test the Wingate for anaerobic capacity. How should I run this test? Please explain, I don't know much and there is no explanation about this in the books.

Winget test has several stages

1- The athlete must warm up for at least 5 minutes
2- Enter the information in the system including height and weight and...
3- Adjust the bike load for 6% of women's weight and 7% of men's weight.
4- Place the weight on the bar.
Determine the drop speed
5- Ask the person to pedal fast until the desired speed is reached and the weight is released and the heavy load is released. Ask him to pedal faster
6- 20 seconds for women and 3 seconds for men depending on the conditions, pedaling should continue after the weight falls.
7- Completing the test and cooling.
8- Save the data you need
