I want to buy shoes that are suitable for walking and sometimes running or jogging. How is the quality and what specifications are important to buy? The shoe should have a good height sole to absorb shocks

Have flexibility

The heel area should be soft

Have an open tissue space so that the feet do not sweat a lot. (we recommend no leather except for very humid areas)

In the sole section, you should pay attention that there should not be a difference in height between the front and rear sections. If it was steep, it can cause knee pain and back pain in the long run.

In the inner part, there should be an engine as shown in the picture
