Unlike linear programs, linear weight training does not proceed in order. For example, you go through the following steps in the standard linear program:
1- General preparation 2- Hypertrophy 3- strength 4- power
The above steps are completed in a few months, but in a non-linear program, all high phases may be completed in one week.
Usually, the non-linear program is implemented for sports teams during the competition season and for those who have passed a linear training period.
