Whenever I go out, I use these sports shoes with a flat bottom at the jogging. I bought it very expensive, but my legs always hurt. Do you think it is for shoes?

Expensive shoes are not always good for sports. It is better to use thick shoes with soft soles. Of course, walking in a hard place also aggravates this problem. I recommend that you stretch the leg from the front and back for 15 seconds each time. Both legs before and after completing the walk. Do the following exercise, please.
