Hello,

Most of these pains are caused by shin splints.

Pain in the leg area (calf front) occurs more often due to walking, running or long-term physical activities, especially on hard surfaces such as hard asphalt. These pains are caused mainly by inflammation of the front calf muscles and the connective tissue between the tibia and fibula bones.

what should we do? To prevent and treat this problem, try to do your sports activities on soft and standard surfaces, and of course, this is not possible for everyone. Try to get suitable shoes with thick and flexible soles.

Before starting the exercises and after finishing, you should stretch the front and back muscles of your calf for 15 to 20 seconds in both legs and two times. Stretching must be done well and correctly.

Drink enough fluids throughout the day. Eat vegetables in your daily meal.

In case of severe pain, you can also use a hot water massage.

Be healthy
