Warning: This article is strictly a warning for adult men, especially men over 40 years old.

I don't think you will hear about sudden deaths these days, especially in men over 40 years old.

Most of these sudden deaths are caused by strokes related to the functioning of the cardiovascular system. Unhealthy nutrition along with inactivity and severe economic stress cause sudden deaths due to stroke to increase.

Is there a solution to this problem? Undoubtedly, it can be prevented with different methods before the problem occurs. I don't want to send you to various medical tests, and if you don't have the opportunity to do this, make sure to implement the following recommendations.

Question: Are women also in danger?     Answer: Yes, but due to hormonal reasons, women are less threatened.

Hello

I don't intend to bore you with a theoretical review. Please follow the following recommendations to prevent cardiovascular diseases.

- Drink a glass of water in the morning and at night before going to bed. Never stay thirsty during the day, even for a few minutes.

- Walk every day for 20 minutes without stopping and without a mobile phone. Gradually increase the speed over the weeks. Strolling along with chatting with friends is not my idea. Work more seriously. Avoid running in the first days. Do this program at least 5 times a week.

Any activity that raises your heart rate suddenly can put you at risk. Never make the heart rate too high. Although some activities are not visible, they increase the heart rate to the maximum, which is very dangerous. Activities like lifting very heavy objects, axe swinging, running very fast such as sprinting, jumping and explosive activities such as throwing heavy objects. It is true that these activities may end in a few seconds, but because they bring the heart rate closer to the maximum, they are very dangerous.

- Do not take a shower, especially a cold shower, immediately after a sports activity.

- If you have enough time, take a complete test several times and ask a cardiologist to check your heart condition.

- Do not eat when you are full.

Please take the above recommendations seriously.

good luck
