Hello. I practice outdoors. And usually the air in my training place is hot. We play football and I do aerobics. How much water should I drink during training and if it has sugar, is it good or not?

Hello.

You must drink some water every 15 minutes. Try to have a solution containing water, very little like 2 grams of salt, a little more sugar and a little lemon juice in your drink. These will help you not to have a lack of minerals and your body will not have spasms after training and have a good day after training and at the same time the quality of your training will increase.
