Hello

Yes, it is absolutely true. Older people need more exercise to lose weight. With age, the basic metabolism of people decreases, and besides, the amount of white fat tissue in the abdomen and hip increases.

If you are a middle-aged person, do not expect to lose weight or get fit like a 20-year-old. For people over the age of 35, consistency in training is essential. You should give yourself more time to see the effect of the exercise. Of course, other variables, such as following diets and people's job preferences, will also affect the results.
