My father had Angiography last month and the specialist told him not to practice running at all. Do you think the expert's advice is correct or not? Because everyone says we should run for heart health.

Hello

Running is like a double-edged sword. For this group of people, the sudden increase in pressure on the heart is irreparable. Walking or light jogging exercise with very low intensity is recommended for them and they should not run at all.

The duration of the walk should be based on the opinion of a specialist doctor, and of course, it is much better to start with 10 minutes. Have soft stretching exercises before and after walking. Do not walk in hot weather and drink more water than usual.

All the best
