TRX exercises are suitable for children, teenagers and in general for all ages. These exercises, especially for children and teenagers improve the skeletal system and may increase the height.

Also, these exercises can make the body fit and eliminate Skeletal abnormality in children and adolescents and also prevent obesity in children and adolescents.
