Hello

Aspartates, as salts of the amino acid aspartic acid, are commonly attached to the minerals magnesium, potassium, calcium, and zinc in dietary supplements to facilitate their absorption. Aspartate is produced naturally in the body and is a non-essential amino acid and can also be obtained from the diet through sugar cane, molasses, dairy and meat. Investigation of this amino acid's relationship to athletic performance began in the late 1950s when human trials showed that magnesium and potassium aspartate supplements reduced muscle fatigue and helped increase endurance in athletes.

The mechanism of action of aspartate in the body:

- Increasing the synthesis of adenosine triphosphate and energy by reducing the amount of cellular ammonium

- Decreasing the amount of cellular ammonium causes better muscle contraction and reduces fatigue.

- Aspartate prevents the depletion of glycogen or the phenomenon of Bonking through glycogen resynthesis.

The most significant effect on the body of athletes

Reducing the amount of fatigue, especially in endurance activities

How to use it?

4 to 5 grams are recommended 24 hours before endurance competitions and sports that have the possibility of glycogen depletion.

Also, to prevent daily energy depletion, you can use a daily (exercise days) dose of 250 mg combined with potassium, and magnesium.

Risk of use

No risk report has been reported for this supplement so far and this supplement is one of the safe products according to the FDA.

Good Luck
