Hello

This supplement is one of the amino acid derivatives called cysteine, which is also produced in the body. In the market, this supplement is referred to as an antioxidant.

Research has shown that this supplement can play a role in reducing muscle fatigue in low or high-intensity training. Of course, this supplement is less effective in athletes who have a high antioxidant capacity.

It is found in the market in the form of 10-20% solutions and in most markets in the form of 600 mg tablets. It is recommended for most people between 1 and 3 times a day.

Note: More consumption of this supplement has not shown much better effectiveness. Complications such as nausea, headache, dizziness and diarrhoea have been reported in some users of this supplement.
