The best way to prevent cellulite is an aerobic exercise in combination with weight training along with diet. It means reducing the amount of fast food. Eat less fried foods.
Aerobic exercises 3 times a day in combination with resistance training exercises will help you a lot
Do stretching exercises three days a week at home. If you fix your lifestyle, you will not get cellulite without being in shape
