Hello. I wanted to know if the weight should be heavy or light. Different coaches say different things. Some people say light weight but increase speed is better for volume. What do you think?

Hello,

For most people, the weights should be moderate and the exercises should be performed at normal (not high) speed repetitions. Please note that light and heavy weights with very specific training systems can cause muscle size that the desired training methods cannot be easily performed anywhere, but in general, weights can only be performed for a maximum of 8 to 12 repetitions. They will give the best muscle size.
