How to conduct this test?
To perform this test, you will have two basic steps. In the first step, you should measure the weight, height and fat thickness of some parts of the body. The location of the measurements depends on the area specified in the formula you are using. For example, sometimes a formula only needs to measure three points of the body, and another formula needs to measure 7 points or even more. Here we use the Jackson and Pollock formula to measure fat percentage

First of all, you should measure the thickness of subcutaneous fat in seven points including the chest, Midaxillary, Triceps, Subscapular, Abdominal, supraspinatus and thigh according to the following procedure.
