What is your body type?

We have three body types in total. thin body type or ectomorph, muscular body type or mesomorph and fat body type or endomorph. Which category you fall into depends on genetics, exercise, and nutrition. Scientists realized that people with different body types have their own athletic talents and temperament. Today, it is possible to determine the body type of people in different ways, and one of the most practical methods is to use the method of scientists named Heath and Carter. And this is important when you are looking for sports talent or following the changes of your student in terms of the body so that his training and nutrition issues are resolved.

Here, we determine your body type using the Heath and Carter method. Please keep in mind that in this method, your score will be determined in the ectomorphy, mesomorphy and endomorphy sections. The closer the score is to zero, it means that you have a lower status in that section. For example, if your mesomorph score is 7, it means you are very muscular, and if it is 1, it means you are not muscular. If your ectomorph score is 7, it means you are very thin, and if it is 1, it means you are a little thin, and in the same way, if your endomorph score is 7, it means you are very fat, and if it is 1, it means you are a little fat.
